So um, Kaide is representing Ignorance and Cynthia is representing Want.
Kaide was the best for Ignorance because he's a wanker. (Bascially a dick for those who don't get my lingo.)
Cynthia was best was Want because she wants something MOAR in her relationship with Landon. (That's why she turns to Kaide, long story yo.)
They're also holding hands because it's like they want to chain Landon to them, Cynthia and Kaide love each other as well as they love Landon. They are like, the ones who influence him or someshit.

These two basically make up Landon... you feel me?
Like his intentions and drive and shit.

Why does Landon even have a knife? Probably cuz the first picture I drew of him had two knives. xD

Cynthia and Kaide are supposed to be ghostly or someshit. ._.
Ignorance and Want are from Charles Dickens' 'A Christmas Charol'; many of you will know this. c:}
